I have never been one to keep a journal or write down my personal thoughts, however I have enjoyed reading the food blogs of other Columbus and Ohio foodies, so I decided to join in the fun on Twitter, Columbus Underground and now my own food blog. I will try to approach covering the Columbus and Ohio food scene from my own unique (skewed) angle. I hope my adventuresome tastes and experiences as a cook, pastry chef, baker, server, bartender, nutritionist and restaurant enthusiast will guide you toward some adventuresome dining experiences of your own. Why IamChad'sStomach you ask? It is a small homage to one of my favorite movie's "Fight Club" when Ed Norton is reading a collection of essays written in the first person from the perspective of a man's body parts.
